Single Cohort Rentals

Typically the Camp Valaqua facility is available for rent September through June. However due to COVID-19 we have opened up additional rental spaces throughout the entire year for families and small cohorts.

NOTE: Due to the restrictions placed on us by the Alberta Government to help reduce the spread of COVID-19, we are unable to book large, multi-cohort group rentals at this time.

Valaqua facilities include our Main Lodge, Vauxhall Cabin, a Large Cabin (with kitchen/bathroom), and 10 small cabins.

Activities Available:

  • Outdoor campfire circles
  • Hiking/biking trails
  • Cross-country ski trails (and access to cross-country skis)
  • Swimming, kayaking, and canoeing (we are located on the Little Red Deer River)
  • Basketball, volleyball, baseball
  • Sports field
  • Horseshoes
  • Disc golf
